WHAT IS THE WEST END NEIGHBORS CIVIC ASSOCIATION?

Founded in 1976, the West End Neighbors Civic Association (WENCA) represents the best interests of the community.  WENCA is a community organization that is comprised of residents within the West End community of the City of Long Beach, New York.  The organization holds monthly meetings as a forum for to facilitate the exchange of ideas surrounding local governmental affairs, quality of life and events within our community.

WENCA also has a number of sub-committees that focus on community issues and programs.
