The West End Neighbors Civic Association is a not-for-profit membership organization that advocates for and seeks to improve the quality of life for Long Beach residents in the West End.

Representing the Community
West End Neighbors represents the community with the City of Long Beach. We work closely with members of the City Council, Administration and Departments in the interest of our neighborhood.

Bringing the Community Together
The West End Neighbors hosts a series of programs and events. The organization meets monthly on the last Wednesday of each month. Meetings are posted online and via social media forums. WENCA also participates in a variety of events in our community throughout the year.

Making the West End a Great Place to Live
Living in the West End of Long Beach is a very special place. Nestled between the Ocean and Reynolds Channel, the West End offers a unique living environment. The community is also home to a variety of businesses and has a vibrant energy. The Committee on Standards and Quality of Life works with local establishments that hold New York State Liquor Licenses and provides representation to the State Liquor Authority on matters related to quality of life and the Alcohol Beverage and Control Law.
